Due to the customised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. Each item is made to your specific requirements, including custom designs, logos, and sizes, which cannot be resold or repurposed.

We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. Mock-ups and proofs are provided during the design process for approval, allowing you to confirm all details before production begins.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
